How to report a faulty or abandoned e-scooter

We want to take care of our e-scooters so that as many people can ride them as possible. If you see an e-scooter which is broken or left in a place where it really shouldn't be, we'd be very grateful if you could let us know so we can fix it as soon as possible.

You can reach us through the in-app chat, via the chat on the website, by email or by phone with details of the bike's location and we'll send someone out to rescue it!
